Once a design is finalized, Apex moves on to the prototype phase. We develop working prototypes of the LED luminaires to test the design's feasibility and functionality. This step allows them to identify any potential issues and make necessary adjustments before proceeding further.

Rigorous testing is a critical aspect of Apex's process. We conduct various tests to ensure that the LED luminaires meet industry standards for performance, durability, and safety. This includes tests for lumen output, color rendering, thermal management, IP testing and compliance with electrical regulations.

Apex collaborates closely with their clients to validate the LED luminaire's performance in real-world applications. We gather feedback and make iterative improvements to ensure the product meets or exceeds the client's expectations.

Apex invests in advanced manufacturing engineering to optimize the production process. We focus on cost-effective manufacturing techniques, materials selection, and quality control measures to ensure consistency and reliability in their products.

Once the design is validated and the manufacturing pro- cess is optimized, Apex scales up production. We have state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities capable of producing Outdoor LED luminaires in large quantities while maintaining quality standards.

Apex utilizes simulation software like Dialux to create accurate lighting simulations for our LED luminaires. This helps clients visualize the lighting effects and make informed decisions about the placement and use of the luminaires in various settings.
